●ご注文のキャンセルと変更について

　お客様都合による注文のキャンセル及び変更は承れません。予めご了承ください。

●Canceling and Amending Orders

You may not cancel or amend orders once  they are formally placed.

●返品について

　商品の返品は、以下の場合を除きお受けできません。予めご了承ください。

　・お届けした商品がご注文内容と異なっていた場合

　・お届けした商品が破損・損傷していた場合

　※誤発送および製品不良の場合は、送料は弊社にて負担いたします。

　※商品発送日より14日以内にお申し出いただいた場合のみ、対応させていただきます。

●Returns

Item returns are allowed only in the following cases and only if you contact MAVERI within 14 days of shipping:

  • MAVERI delivered an item which you did not order.

  • The item was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

* MAVERI will pay for the return shipping fees in the above cases.

●交換について

　お客様都合による交換をご希望の場合、下記条件をすべて満たした場合のみお受けいたします。

　・未使用の状態

　・ギャランティカード及び、商品の付属品全てが揃っている状態

　・文字彫りやエンボス加工がされていない状態

　・商品発送日より14日以内にCONTACTにお申し出いただいた場合

　・同一デザイン、もしくは同額以上の商品への交換にご了承いただいた場合

※商品は、お受け取り時と同じ状態になるようジュエリーを箱に入れ、付属していたものすべてをご用意ください。

※お客様都合による商品交換にかかる送料は、お客様の負担となります。

※交換の場合、在庫がある場合には早急に交換商品を発送いたします。交換する商品によっては、製作にお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。

※交換対応となった場合は、お送りいただいた商品の到着を確認後、交換商品を発送いたします。

※商品写真は、お使いのデバイスによりサイズ・カラー・雰囲気等が実際の商品と異なる様に感じる場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。

●Replacing  Items

MAVERI will only replace items if all of the following conditions are met and only if you contact MAVERI within 14 days of shipping:

  • The item is unused.

  • All accessories  enclosed with the product (including the guarantee card) are returned.

  • The product was not customized for you in any way (including engravings or embossed).

  • You consent to replacing the item with the same product or a product of a higher grade.
